The Literacy Coach will play a key role in supporting and enhancing literacy instruction across grade levels, focusing on growing instructional practice and improving student learning. Required Qualifications: Prior experience as a Literacy Coach Previous experience coaching teachers in implementing the Units of Study within the reading and writing workshop model New York State English 7-12, Reading, or Literacy certification Key Responsibilities and Preferred Skills: Ability to disaggregate data to inform instruction and maximize differentiated student learning Provide instructional coaching and professional development opportunities to teachers in reading and writing, with an emphasis on the reading and writing workshop model Support the implementation of the Units of Study and other research-based literacy practices Please submit application, including a job-specific cover letter by Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
