POSITION: Administrative Coordinator for Regional Information Center - FT ESBOCES is looking for an educational leader who values diversity, equity and inclusion, and who has experience navigating multiple constituents, agencies and audiences. This position reports to the Program Administrator for the Student Data Services and Financial and District Services program, and serves as a leader within the department, agency and the region to promote the development and delivery of Student Data Services and Financial and District Services. ASSIGNMENT: Student Data Services and Financial and District Services QUALIFICATIONS: NYS SDA/SDL CertificationDemonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate with Student Data Services and Financial and District Services administrators to maintain and expand current technology offerings, while researching and developing new servicesDevelop/acquire new products to enhance existing systems and grow data visualization resourcesCollaborate with administrators and key personnel concerning staffing, logistics, purchasing and services to districtsSupervise and evaluate employeesResponsible for providing input into the hiring and training of employees, as appropriateEnsure quality control in day-to-day operations of outward facing systems and other related technology services.Work with the Systems and Database Coordinator and Data Control Specialist II to manage the operations of teams, including project management SALARY: $130,201 START DATE: September 26, 2023
