This position is currently being advertised for the East Rockaway Junior/Senior School. The start and end dates of this position are on or about March 11, 2026, to on or about April 17, 2026. About East Rockaway UFSD The East Rockaway School District is located in Nassau County, NY. The district is home to over 1,100 students from grades Pre-K through 12. The district is seeking a motivated individual who meets the following qualifications: New York State Teacher Certification: Health, and Physical Education K-12, (Initial or Permanent) is mandatory.Experience: Experience teaching at the middle and high school level preferred. Working with students with special needs. Working with ENL students. The East Rockaway School District offers a salary of $225 per diem, which is established in the East Rockaway Board of Education Non-Contractual Salary Schedule for the 2025-26 school year.
