Occupational Therapist – Special Education PreschoolDevelop treatment plans and provide therapy to preschool children between the ages of 3 and 5 with developmental delays; Document and data-enter session notes and progress reports based on standardized assessments and clinical observations; Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans; Conduct assessments and evaluations; Complete initial evaluation reports and progress notes; Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop individualized treatment for students; Participate in classroom team meetings with teachers and therapists; Document student therapy services by charting in department records in accordance with NYCDOE, Medicaid and ERCDC guidelines; Maintain student confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential; Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with NYCDOH procedures, rules, and regulations; Protect students and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; Comply with federal, state, local and professional standards.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeOur programs are funded and regulated by the New York State Department of Education and New York City Department of Education.EOEVISIT: EastRiverCDC.org and WATCH OUR SHORT VIDEO
