Qualifications : Valid New York State Teaching Certification in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) or Early Childhood (Birth–Grade 2), depending on the position. Strong knowledge of instructional best practices and classroom management. Ability to differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles and needs.
