The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking a motivated and student-athlete centered individual to assist in our Softball Program and serve as the Head Coach for our Chestnut Ridge Middle School Modified Softball Team. An ideal candidate will have experience coaching softball, value long-term athletic development, understand the importance of an integrated strength and conditioning program, have the ability to assist in the Softball Program, and coordinate with coaches at the Varsity and JV levels. In addition to promoting a culture of respect and dignity, and assisting within the Softball Program, the Modified Softball Head Coach will implement skill progressions, sequenced drills and activities, and inform appropriate levels of play and competition. The candidate must meet all New York State coaching licensure requirements by the start of the season.
