East Ramapo Central School District is seeking secondary special education teachers certified in Math and Science to join our dedicated group of educators supporting our diverse learners. Teachers work within the school setting to facilitate instruction aligned to State learning standards that also address the social, emotional, cognitive, and executive functioning needs of our learners. Requirements include, but are not limited to:1.Design, supervise and implement students’ IEP plans2. Create and coordinate student schedules with related services and general education3. Collect and analyze student data and monitor student progress4. Engage students with various individualized methods within an instructional framework consistent with our school-wide practices.5. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of teachers and co-workers.Must be NYS certified. Special Education Teacher with dual certification Math preferred.
