This position is a lead district-wide special education/Yiddish bilingual evaluator role. An optimal applicant would be a master special education teacher who is fluent with education evaluation and report writing in both English and Yiddish, skilled and meticulous in IEP/IESP development, comfortable with CSE participation and chairing. The optimal candidate should be on the cutting edge of education testing utilizing both hard copy and digital interfaces, and be prepared to take the lead in related district-wide professional development. Finally, the optimal candidate would be available to coordinate special projects such as transportation only CSE meeting during the summer.
