The East Meadow School District is seeking candidates who possess New York State certification in Music Education for an anticipated full-time string teaching position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing instruction in string lessons and ensemble settings, including small group instruction and orchestra rehearsals. Candidates must demonstrate strong performance skills, exceptional musicianship, and a commitment to collaborative practice across the department, building, and district. The successful candidate will maintain excellent communication skills and provide culturally responsive instruction to support all learners.
