The East Meadow School District is seeking candidates who possess New York State certification in Music Education for an anticipated 5-week summer music position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, expertise in beginning and advanced string small group lessons and orchestra rehearsals. Candidates must also demonstrate strong conducting skills, exceptional musicianship, be willing to participate in district-wide collaborations and maintain excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates can submit their resume, letter of interest and proof of certification through OLAS.Summer Music Dates: June 26, 2023 – July 28, 2023Summer Music Hours: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
