The Elmsford Union Free School District is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join our team for the upcoming school year. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and committed to supporting student success in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a certified teacher to provide instructional and administrative support. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with classroom instruction: Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce concepts and provide academic support. Preparing instructional materials: Help prepare and organize teaching aids, resources, and classroom displays. Supervising students: Monitor students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and during school events to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Supporting learners: Adapt to the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
