The Edgemont School District seeks a probationary 7-12 Spanish teacher. The successful candidate will:Demonstrate advanced-level Spanish language skillsHave a strong pedagogical foundation in adolescent cognitive developmentPossess the ability to teach all levels of Spanish from introductory through APValue the importance of working in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with Comprehensible Input is preferred but not required. NYS Certification in Spanish is required. Spanish 1-6 extension preferred.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the position may be filled prior to the application deadline.
