Special Education Teacher Edgemont Junior/Senior High School is seeking talented, enthusiastic, innovative candidates for a probationary Special Education teacher position for the 2024-2025 school year. Edgemont Junior-Senior High School includes grades 7-12 and has approximately 1000 students. The school community is composed of dedicated and accomplished faculty and staff, highly supportive parents, and motivated, high achieving students. Edgemont Junior-Senior High School is looking to add to a community of learners in an energizing, scholarly and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be certified in special education and an additional content area - and will be applicable to the Jr/Sr. High School level. Experience with case management of students, academic testing, and writing Individualized Educational Plans is highly encouraged. The ability to collaboratively problem solve with colleagues and professional staff is essential.
