The Edgemont School District seeks a probationary 7-12 Spanish teacher. The district will interview qualified applicants on a rolling basis and will not wait for the posting to close.The successful candidate will:Demonstrate advanced-level Spanish language skillsHave a strong pedagogical foundation in adolescent cognitive developmentPossess the ability to teach all levels of Spanish from introductory through APValue the importance of working in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with the SOMOS curriculum and Comprehensible Input are preferred but not required. NYS Certification in Spanish is required.
