Additional qualifications include experience with early literacy instruction aligned with the Science of Reading, familiarity with the Workshop Model as a primary instructional approach, a demonstrated ability to support diverse learning styles through differentiated instruction, and a strong commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices.
