The Edgemont School District seeks an exceptional 0.6 FTE Spanish teacher for grades 7-12. The successful candidates will: · demonstrate advanced level Spanish language skills· have a strong pedagogical foundation in adolescent cognitive development· possess the ability to teach all levels of Spanish from introductory through AP· value the importance of working in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with the SOMOS curriculum and Comprehensible Input are preferred but not required. NYS Certification in Spanish is required.
