Valid transfer candidatesholding Senior Office Assistant - Automated Systems titles with WestchesterCounty Civil Service are encouraged to apply.Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the senior office assistantperforms a wide variety of advanced-level tasks providing office support. Thisposition requires a full range of skills in the operation of a computer using varioussoftware applications to maximize equipment capability in compiling statisticalinformation for various reports, setting up and maintaining automated records andfiling systems, and producing correspondence and other document formats. Dutiescover the more difficult and advanced aspects of software applications to create files,manipulate data, and process text.
