Special Education/Mathematics Teacher, ProbationaryBeginning January 20, 2025Eastchester High School The Eastchester School District is seeking a certified candidate to fill the probationary position of Special Education/Mathematics position at the high school. The position will begin on or about January 20, 2025 and is a tenure track position. The position includes ICT/co-teaching classes, core classes, and resource room assignments. Requirements:Dual NYS certification: Special Education/Students with Disabilities 7-12 and MathematicsNYSED Fingerprint Clearance*Employment Terms:10 month, full-time position (1.0 FTE)Salary range in accordance with the Eastchester Teachers Association (ETA) negotiated salary schedule; $61,939 - $85,725, step placement contingent upon prior related experience. *Fingerprint Clearance: SAVE Law: Effective July 1, 2001, Education Law ยงยง305(30), 3004-b, 3004-c and 3035, as amended by Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and Part 87 of the Commissioner's Regulations require the Commissioner of Education to request a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check for applicants for certification as well as for prospective employees of school districts, charter schools and boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).
