School Psychologist (Flexible Support Program), Probationary2023-2024Middle School The Eastchester School District is seeking a NYS certified school psychologist to lead a newly developed therapeutic program in our middle school called the Flexible Support Program (FSP). The successful candidate will help to develop this new program which will enable socially and emotionally vulnerable students to remain in and connect to school by employing research-based interventions in a safe and supportive therapeutically-centered environment. Candidates should have experience working with adolescents on developing coping skills, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationship skills. Experience in conducting psycho-educational, behavioral and social/emotional evaluations is critical in this role. Clinicians with formalized training and experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are strongly encouraged to apply.
