Summer School English TeacherEnglish 92023-2024 Eastchester High SchoolThe Eastchester High School is seeking a certified English teacher to teach English 9 for its summer school. The program will run from Monday, July 10, 2023 through Thursday, August 17, 2023. Classes are two hour sessions, running Monday through Thursday from 7:45am-10:00am and 10:15am-12:30pm. All classes will be offered in-person. The instructor for each class will be compensated $2,500.Requirements:NYS Certification: English 7-12NYSED Fingerprint Clearance**Fingerprint Clearance: SAVE Law: Effective July 1, 2001, Education Law ยงยง305(30), 3004-b, 3004-c and 3035, as amended by Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and Part 87 of the Commissioner's Regulations require the Commissioner of Education to request a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check for applicants for certification as well as for prospective employees of school districts, charter schools and boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).
