The Dover Union Free School District is currently seeking a full time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct individual and group treatment for students with speech and language deficits based on IEP goals and objectives as well as building level services. The SLP is also responsible for conducting screenings and evaluations. The successful candidate must work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, related service providers, support staff, students, and families while providing a supportive learning environment to ensure students achieve success. The SLP will be responsible for all necessary documentation associated with the students being serviced. Qualified applicants must hold valid NYS Certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) or Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped (TSHH). NYS license as a Speech/Language Pathologist preferred.Salary and benefits as per DWTA contract.
