The Dobbs Ferry School District has an anticipated vacancy for an educator to teach non-Regents Science classes that deliver crosscutting concepts that help students explore connections across the domains of science, engaging students with concepts such as "cause and effect" to help them develop a greater sense of inquiry and wonder and cultivate a scientifically based view of the world around them. This is a temporary (leave replacement) position effective approximately October 30, 2023 and for up to 12 weeks with the possibility of extension. New York State Certification in at least one area of Science, Grades 7-12 required. Salary range: $56,477 -$110,491. Salary commensurate with experience and terms of employment are in accordance with the Dobbs Ferry United Teachers contract. Qualified candidates may apply via OLAS by September 25, 2023.
