TITLE:Virtual Spanish Teacher, Part Time LOCATION:Remote REPORTS:Assistant Director of Instructional Technology TERMS:10 months; part time QUALIFICATIONS:New York State teacher certification in Spanish or eligible to receive New York State teacher certification in Spanish. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Plans and provides for appropriate Spanish experiences aligned with NYS learning standards. Successful candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, develop positive student/teacher relationships, and utilize creative and flexible instructional practices. Must be a proficient user of technology and be willing to learn best practices for virtual learning. SALARY/BENEFITS:Per BTA contract, prorated.
