TITLE:New Vision Allied Health InstructorLOCATION:SUNY Morrisville Campus in Norwich, NYREPORTS TO:Director of Career and Technical EducationTERMS:Full-time, 10 monthQUALIFICATIONS:This is an unusual employment opportunity for a person with the appropriate education and background. NYS Teacher Certification in English and/or Social Studies or another appropriate area is required. Previous successful high school teaching experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge, skills and professional experience in a hospital setting or related medical field is a plus. Must be able to teach: Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Ethics and Medical Law. For the medical component, this position requires the successful candidate to be a lifelong learner who is unafraid of tackling new material, and learning the various components of the medical field to provide a quality program.
