TITLE:Educational Technology Program SpecialistLOCATION:Support Services Center; Norwich, NYREPORTS:Director of Instructional Support ServiceTERMS:Full-time, 12 monthsQUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND Either:A. Graduation from a New York State registered or regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer related, Business related or Education related field. ORB. Graduation from a New York State registered or regionally accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree or completion of 60 credit hours in Computer related, Business related or Education related field and two years full time paid or equivalent part time experience in educational business or technology services/programs or equivalent combination of education and training. ORC. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Provides support for educational technology programs and solutions, includingdistance learning, management and e-course systems; assists Director of Technology with administrative duties including budget monitoring, procurement, program and service development, and policy development. Conducts related training. SALARY/BENEFITS:Starting salary $45,000 per year; generous benefits and leave package based on the BOCES Administrator’s Association (BAA).
