POSITION: Business Teacher, 7-12 Grades Full Time Probationary Appointment QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certified (or certifiable) in business. Familiarity with current research, methodology and learning standards in business. Previous background/ experience desirable. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties association with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned. 1. Delivery of business program 2. Participation as required and/or able, on building and district curriculum or program committees; 3. Participation in building planning/problem solving efforts as needed or required; 4. Articulation of student program and progress to parents.
