POSITION: Music Teacher, K-12 Grades Full Time Probationary Appointment QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certified (or certifiable) in Music K-12. Dual certification preferred; familiarity with current research, methodology and learning standards in music. Previous background/experience desirable. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties association with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned. 1. Delivery of music program 2. Participation as required and/or able, on building and district curriculum or program committees; 3.
