The Central Islip School District is seeking an Administrator for Bilingual, ENL, and World Languages for the 2023-2024 school year. Duties include but not limited to:-Encourages and supports the development and implementation of effective instructional programming-Evaluates and recommends improvement in the design materials and implementation of the instructional program-Supports the district wide goals for the school and organizational climate-Relates to staff, students, and parents in ways that convey equality and mutual respect-Ensures that federal and state laws and regulations concerning the education of Bilingual and ENL students are adhered to-Evaluation of instructional staff-Manages and provides support for standardized NYS testing-Coordinator of Language Proficiency Team-Provides optimal customer service to all students, employees, parents, community members and any other stakeholders of the district-Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate supervisor
