F/T Probationary Music Teacher ~ General Music & Chorus - ElementarySuccessful candidates must possess:Valid NYS Music Teacher Certification required.Be a vocal specialist and demonstrate strong piano skills.Be responsible for conducting the winter and spring choral concerts for Grade 5 as well as assisting students with preparation for All County and NYSSMA.Experience creating a positive, engaging and innovating learning environment where students are inspired to love and appreciate music.Demonstrated ability to teach general music to students in multiple grade levels (K-8).Knowledge of music technology (Logic Pro X) Preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
