Corinth Central School District is seeking a dedicated and caring Teacher Aide/Assistant to support students and staff in creating a positive and productive learning environment. The successful candidate will assist teacher in classroom instruction, student supervision, and other educational activities to help students succeed.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Assisting the classroom teacher with instructional support and classroom management.Providing one-on-one or small-group assistance to students as directed.Supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development.Assisting with daily classroom routines and transitions.Supervising students in various settings (classroom, cafeteria, playground, bus, etc.).Preparing instructional materials and maintaining classroom organization.Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience working with children preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
