LOCATION: Educational Support Services-Regional Summer School (summer school will be held at Berne-Knox-Westerlo CSD and Schalmont CSD)BASIC FUNCTION:Duties include providing differentiated, direct instruction and remediation for high school Science core classes that could possibly lead to a Regent’s program. QUALIFICATIONS:NYS certification in Science 9-12.Experience preferred. The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001. RESPONSIBILITIES:Curriculum instruction, supervision and evaluation of students in need of remediation.Students will require content and skills that will assist them in being successful throughout their summer school experience.SALARY: $48.81 per hour (paid on an hourly basis) DATES: July 7, 2025 thru August 20, 2025 – Monday thru Thursday @ 2-4 hours each dayThere will be a mandatory training on Monday, July 7th from 8AM to 1PM at the summer school location you will be assigned to teach.
