BASIC FUNCTION: Remediation of speech and language disorders.QUALIFICATIONS:A. NYS certification as a Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped; andB. NYS license as a Speech/Language Pathologist preferred.The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.RESPONSIBILITIES:Individual and group speech/language therapy in consultation with the Special Education classroom teacher.Salary dependent on education, certification and experience as detailed in current contract prorated to amount of service rendered
