LOCATION:                        Special Education – Watervliet City School DistrictBASIC FUNCTION:          Remediation of speech and language disorders. QUALIFICATIONS:NYS certification as a Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped; andNYS license as a Speech/Language Pathologist preferred.The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001. RESPONSIBILITIES:Individual and group speech/language therapy and consultation with the Special Education classroom teacher. Salary dependent on education, certification and experience as detailed in current contract prorated to amount of service rendered
