SALARY: Stipend per CPTA contract START DATE: Winter Season 2026-2027 (11/16/26 - 3/6/27) Appropriate, current NYS Coaching License and related training required; prior school coaching experience desired. The Successful Candidate will: Lead and oversee all aspects of the Competitive Cheer program Plan and run practices, competitions, and team activities Create and teach chants, routines, and competition material Build a positive team culture focused on school spirit, teamwork, and sportsmanship Manage scheduling, communication with families, uniforms, and equipment Ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment at all practices and events Enforce all school and athletic department policies and expectations Attend required meetings, events, and end-of-season activities Teach fundamentals of cheer performance, motion technique, and safe practices
