START DATE: Fall Season 2026 (8/24/26 - 11/26/26) Appropriate, current NYS Coaching License and related training required; prior school coaching experience desired. The Successful Candidate will: Lead and oversee all aspects of the Game Day Cheer program during the football season Plan and run practices, game day performances, and team activities Create and teach sidelines, chants, routines, and crowd engagement material Build a positive team culture focused on school spirit, teamwork, and sportsmanship Manage scheduling, communication with families, uniforms, and equipment Ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment at all practices and events Enforce all school and athletic department policies and expectations Attend required meetings, events, and end-of-season activities Teach fundamentals of cheer performance, motion technique, and safe practices
