Copenhagen Central School District is seeking a qualified Elementary ELA AIS Teacher to provide Academic Intervention Services (AIS) in English Language Arts to students in Grades K-6. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and administrators to identify student needs, deliver targeted interventions, monitor student progress, and help students achieve academic success. Qualifications: Valid New York State Teaching Certification (Elementary Education) Experience providing literacy instruction and interventions preferred Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and evidence-based literacy practices Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Responsibilities: Provide direct AIS instruction in reading and writing to eligible students Use assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement Maintain accurate records and documentation related to AIS services Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other assigned duties Salaries: Per CTA Contract Start Date: September 1, 2026
