Pay is based on experience and degree/certification. The hours typically are Monday - Friday 8am-1:30pmResponsibilities: Assess the needs of young children with special needs in the Preschool Special Education classroom Address educational and behavioral needs based upon individual children’s using knowledge in evidence-based practices. Adapt behavioral plans accordingly. Work supportively in a multi-disciplinary team for the advantage of the entire classroom. Work collaboratively with all staff and administration to benefit the needs of all the children. Perform student assessment and evaluation required. Promote a classroom of inclusion and belonging.Requirements: New graduates will be considered. Bachelor's or Master's Degree and certification in Students with Disabilities Birth to Grade 2 preferred. Proficient writing and computer skills, ability to support behavior plans.
