Position may be eligible for bonus!A Child’s Place at Unity House of Troy is looking for a Special Education Manager for our preschool program to join our team! This position is designed for a person who has a passion for children with special education needs and enjoys working in an integrated setting at the preschool level. We have several locations where we provide preschool special education classrooms. As the Special Education Manager your responsibilities will include direct supervision of special education teachers, collaborating with colleagues to evaluate and implement curriculum and participation in the planning of professional development opportunities. Training will be offered as you expand your skill set and add to our program administrative team.Requirements: Master’s Degree in Special Education and be New York State Certified. Supervisory or administrative experience preferred. Valid NYS driver license and acceptable driving record according to our company’s liability insurance. Reliable transportation.
