Employment Opportunity School Psychologist Probationary Location of the Position: District Wide Potential Start Date: 09/01/2026 Certification(s) Required: School Psychologist Certification(s) Preferred: Doctorate in Psychology - Bilingual Salary: Salary per CMTA Collective Bargaining Agreement Position Description: Split time between the Center Moriches School District and local parochial schools Administer and complete initial and triennial psychological evaluations Present psychological reports at Committee on Special Education meetings Work with administration, teachers, and parents on the development of academic and behavioral intervention plans Act as an on site crisis interventionist to address aberrant student behaviors Manage a full counseling caseload for mandated and non-mandated students Maintain progress monitoring data on all IEP goals and update plans Engage in Social Emotional Learning push-in initiatives Manage ongoing parent/guardian communication Act as a Chairperson for CSE and 504 meetings Interested candidates are requested to provide a letter of interest no later than: 05/05/2026 All applicants must apply through OLAS.
