The Clifton-Fine Central School District is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language services to support students' communication needs and academic success across grade levels.Nestled on the western edge of the Adirondacks and serving as the gateway to the Five Ponds Wilderness Area, Clifton-Fine Central School District is a small, supportive district dedicated to the individual success and well-being of each student.Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students receiving speech services.Provide direct therapy individually and/or in small groups based on student needs.Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers to support student progress.Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and data required for compliance with state and federal regulations.Participate in CPSE/CSE meetings, team planning, and professional development.Provide support and training to staff and families as needed to encourage generalization of skills across environments.What We Offer:A highly competitive salary and benefits package; the district will consider years of experience in the field.
