This is a Full Time, Probationary position serving as a Teacher Assistant in one of our two High Schools. Assignment includes working with students in our Achievement Center to support academic and study needs. Eligibility for NYS certification as a Teacher Assistant is required. Salary and benefits are based on the Clarkstown Teacher Assistant Association Agreement which includes opportunities for additional earnings for substitute teaching and after school opportunities. A number of our teacher assistants have moved into open teacher positions in the past. The Clarkstown Central School District Free School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
