We are seeking dynamic educators to join our teaching and learning community in the Cincinnatus Central School District. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving special education services.2. Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in small group or one-on-one settings.3. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other support staff to support the academic and social-emotional needs of students.4. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure learning goals are met.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and behavior.6. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth for all students.7. Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in special education.8. Implement behavior management strategies to support students with challenging behaviors.9. Work closely with related service providers, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors, to meet the diverse needs of students.10. Stay informed about laws and regulations related to special education, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
