The Cincinnatus District Counseling Team works with all students, school staff, families and members of the community as an integral part of the education program. Our counselors, social workers, and school psychologists each bring valuable knowledge and experiences to our team-based approach to supporting each student as an individual. We implement a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes and enhances student academic achievement, career development, wellness, self-efficacy. Members of our district counseling team serve an integral role at every level of our multi-tiered systems of support, maintaining focus on the development of the whole student.
