The successful candidate will work in a special class program for students in grades 3-5 with significant cognitive and/or language delays. Expected Attributes:Patience and empathyAdaptability and flexibilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of special education practices Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree for an accredited college or universityNew York State Certification as a special educator (K-12, 1-6 , and preK-12 certifications considered) Applications must be submitted by August 2, 2024.
