We are accepting applications for a, full-time probationary SCIENCE teaching position in our Middle School in Life and Physical Sciences. We seek a passionate, qualified middle school science teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cover the curriculum standards and foster students' curiosity and enthusiasm for science. You will assess students' progress, provide feedback, and communicate with parents and administrators. You should have excellent classroom management skills, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to professional development. Applicants must have appropriate NYS certification for the position - BIOLOGY (Gr-5-9 or 7-12) AND GENERAL SCIENCE EXTENSION (Gr5-9 or 7-12) required: HOWEVER, will consider an applicant who is NYS certified in ANOTHER SCIENCE and who is in process of obtaining Biology and/or General Science Extension.
