Position: Anticipated CSE ChairpersonQualifications: Valid New York State Special Education CertificationDuties:Review of any and all relevant and applicable student files prior to the meeting; andMeeting with and/or discussing with any necessary personnel to garner information relevant to the services provided or recommended to ensure for a complete and thorough understanding of the needs of the student; andActing in the capacity of the Special Education Chairperson during the CSE and/or CPSE meeting in accordance with the directive of the administrator and in compliance with NYS and Federal Law; andCompletion of all necessary documentation, as directed by the administrator; andAny follow up correspondence with the parent(s) and/or staff members servicing the student; andAttending Special Education Office team meeting; andWeekly meeting with Director of Pupil Personnel; andPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of Pupil Personnel as related to the CSE Chairperson position.Salary: Per CTA ContractDeadline: Open Until FilledEffective: September 1, 2025
