Performance Responsibilities:To provide each child a program of study that meets his/her individual needs, interests, and abilities Case management responsibilities for students to include development and implementation of IEPs, Medicaid, and other relevant special education paperwork To create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students.To guide students' learning towards the achievement of curricular goals.To perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and Director of Special EducationMinimum Requirements:New York State Certification- Special Education K-12 preferredInterstate agreements and qualifications of educational personnel will be honored.Terms of Employment:Compensation per CTA Contract 9/5/23-11/3/23 (dates are dependent upon the current employee)
