BYRAM HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICTARMONK, NYGIRLS SOCCER - ASSISTANT VARSITY COACHThe Assistant Varsity Girls Soccer Coach will support the varsity program at Byram Hills High School, working closely with the Head Coach to develop and execute practice plans, game strategies, and player development initiatives. This role plays a vital part in fostering team culture, assisting in game-day management, and mentoring student-athletes on and off the field.The assistant coach will help implement the overall vision of the girls soccer program, support individual and team improvement, and maintain open communication with players, parents, and the athletic department.Candidates should have a solid understanding of soccer strategy and fundamentals, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to developing high school athletes. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred.
