Job Information:The Head Varsity Softball Coach will oversee the Byram Hills High School softball program, leading all aspects of team development, including practice planning, skill instruction, in-game decision-making, and fostering a competitive and inclusive team culture.The coach will work closely with assistant coaches and the JV program to ensure program alignment, provide mentorship to student-athletes, and support academic and athletic growth. Responsibilities include managing communication with families, coordinating with athletic staff, and ensuring compliance with school and section policies.Candidates should possess strong knowledge of softball strategy and fundamentals, proven leadership skills, and a passion for developing student-athletes. Previous head coaching experience is strongly preferred.
