The Assistant JV Girls Basketball Coach will support the junior varsity program at Byram Hills High School by assisting with practices, helping develop player skills, and contributing to the overall success of the team. The assistant coach will work closely with the head coach to implement strategies, organize drills, and promote a positive team environment.This role also includes assisting with game-day responsibilities, supervising student-athletes, and maintaining clear communication with players and parents. The assistant coach will help ensure that all activities are aligned with the values and expectations of the athletic department.Ideal candidates will have knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a desire to support athlete growth. Prior coaching or playing experience is beneficial.
